Our Recruiters then find the right people for the job. Workforce also handles all the payroll and HR management for the people they place into client firms.

Shayne also earned $352,000 in the year ending 30 June 2009 for training up other Sales Reps here at Workforce. That’s the business part. It means his income is not limited by his own amount of effort each week. He has a highly leveraged income because he earns a percentage of the sales revenue generated by the Sales Reps he trains and mentors. This is like receiving royalties or interest on an investment.

This combination of active and passive income netted Shayne $457k p.a. in the year ending 30 June 2009 working with us as an IBO.

So what does Shayne actually do in his typical day or week?

The Sales Rep role is no different to working in any other sales role:

•     Working out on the field doing sales calls with potential clients

•     Completing quotes and Work Health and Safety checks

•     Inputting data entry
